  1. Feb 20,  · Cichlisuite is a bit of a departure from Chiastic Slide and a bit disappointing. You can hear the similarities of Chiastic Slide and Cichlisuite but they are minuscule at best. Don’t get me wrong Krib is one of the most amazing tracks Autechre have ever produced, it sort of reminds me of Aphex Twin’s Bucephalus Bouncing Ball/5().

  2. Feb 20,  · Yeesland kicks off with crunchy, cascading digital beats carving side to side, as if through trees over banks of snowy pads. Pencha carries the aesthetic but faster, darker, angsty. Cichlisuite fragments into goofy abstraction, though is still quite listenable. Krib is /5().

  3. out of 5 stars This EP is called Cichlisuite by Autechre. Verified Purchase. This is just one of the few shorter EP's or similar to CD singles that Autechre has put out over the years. I don't know why they do this but it does feed our quest for more Autechre until they put together a complete album. "Yeesland" opens with a /5(6).

  5. Sep 21,  · Either way, classic melodic Autechre sound from the lates, before they went off into the utter chaos (but in a good way, of course). Yeesland is a deliciously organic track which begins with tapping that morphs into a delicious synth life-cycle that falls apart and dies at just the right time/5().
