  6. Anne was a guest on four of Glenn Miller's radio shows whilst he was entertaining the troops in England. Glenn Miller suggested that when World War II was over Anne she should go Stateside and work with him, but with Glenn's demise this was not to be, however Anne did go to the USA in the fifties and was a great success, sadly it was not with /5(3).
